ContextDeck Docs — Windows desktop app and Chrome extension

Agreement

By downloading, installing or using ContextDeck Docs or the ContextDeck Chrome extension ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, subject to your plan (Free, Pro or Team) as described on the pricing page. Paid plans are licensed per user unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Free and paid plans

The Free plan is provided at no cost with the limits described on the pricing page.
Pro and Team plans are paid subscriptions billed by our payment processor. Features included in each plan may evolve; material reductions will be announced on this page or in-app.
You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Payments

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, invoicing, sales tax/VAT, and payment method storage. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Software to process content you do not have the right to process.
Do not attempt to circumvent license checks, usage limits, or reverse engineer the Software beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
Do not resell, sublicense or redistribute the Software without our written permission.

Your content

You retain all rights to the documents you convert. The Software processes your files locally on your device; we do not claim any ownership or license over your content.

Disclaimer of warranty

The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. Conversion quality can vary depending on source document formatting.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Software. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to the Software and these Terms

We may update the Software and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
